I think I spent the majority of this afternoon walking about with a spare sock dangling from the bottom of my left pant leg.

Probably could have been worse…

Funny thing happened at work yesterday. After I fixed this one guy’s computer (virus-infected and spyware-infested), he thanked me and made a motion. I thought he was going to shake my hand, so I put my hand out to shake it. Instead of a handshake, I feel paper. I look down, wondering what it was. Surprisingly, it was a $5 bill! The dude tipped me!

Sadly, I couldn’t accept his generous gratitude. We’re not supposed to accept tips. At least I couldn’t accept a tip while other techs were around ^_^. But yeah, I felt embarassed getting a tip, and even more so for having to return it.

Maybe I should have kept the $5. My wallet’s running on empty right now…

It’s a miracle that my roomate arrived home just in time before I froze my azz off searching for my keys. Now I gotta wait for the towing company to come and open my door before I goto Ian’s to play some poker.

My dad wants us to goto CompUSA today to buy one of those flash drives. Only problem is, that’s the exact product I got my dad for Christmas this year. Now I have to convince him to not buy one yet. I said to wait until after Christmas for their sales.

Another setback. My brother got a similar gift for my mom. I got her a baby-blue sweatshirt jacket from the Eddie Bauer store. Last night Larry showed me his gift: a baby blue workout outfit.
