Do you have those movies that always play on TV, yet you can never seem to catch the movie in its entirety?

I was channel surfing while waiting for dinner to cook, and I noticed that ‘Airplane!’ was showing on AMC. For the longest time, I haven’t been able to see the beginning of that movie.

To this day, I still haven’t seen the beginning of ‘The Breakfast Club,’ which used to play on TBS like every weekend. It’s almost like my destiny is to never see the entire movie on TV.

Does anyone else experience this weird phenomenon?

It’s 11:45 PM on a Monday, and I’m drinking a screwdriver while doing homework. Is something wrong with this picture?

Howcome it seems no one on AIM uses their real picture as their AIM avatar anymore? Am I a dying breed?

So I went down to Cerritos to get some juice, because I cannot live on water alone. Unfortunately all the had were the small bottles of orange juice. The only kind of juice in a larger container was either grape juice or cranberry juice. I’ve had nothing but disgust for cranberry juice, so grape juice and a bottle of OJ it was.

As I came back home, I thought to myself, do extremely liberal or conservative priests use grape juice instead of wine? I would think that priests who are staunch sobrietists would substitute grape juice instead of wine at mass. But being the slacker that I am at this time, I decided to google up some stuff related to it. Apparently some people questioned whether “wine” in the Bible really meant “wine” or “grape juice” or “molasses”. Molasses? Who the hell drinks molasses? Maybe I’m thinking of the wrong type of molasses here. Pretty interesting stuff. I can see how “yayin” was the hebrew form of “wine” for us.
