Harsh Lesson

Another one of life’s lessons: similar to “you get what you pay for,” I learned that “you perform on how you prepared.”
Yesterday I was at the library from 10AM through 10PM straight (with a few meal breaks). For that entire 12-hour period, I was doing nothing but studying. Not just studying, studying ONLY physics. So today I took my physics final. I got answers for everything (shows my confidence in this class :-/ ), and felt pretty decent. Might end up retaking the class anyway (doubt the final will help my grade to get to passing). But nevertheless, I was happy with my final performance.
Right after that final I had my circuit analysis final. Of that entire 12-hour study period yesterday, not a single hour was spent on EE material. So I went into the final with no studying whatsoever. And…I paid the price for my lack of review. I didn’t do so stellar. But then again, this class no longer applies to my major, and I’m doing it CR/NC anyway. C’est la vie…
Now I can relax in my beanbag chair again and read my books for theatre now.
On a side-note, why does Palomar have so many hot chicks now? Makes me want to live there again.
Kiss me; I’m 20 years old now.
Whoa.

My roomate Tyler finally has a guest over. Well more like a classmate. It’s progress.
